About me & How I can help
Hi, I’m Hannah, founder of Calm Cosy Nights, and I’m a mum to my crazy 2 year old little boy. Based in Stafford, in the Midlands, I understand first hand how challenging parenthood can feel, especially when sleep becomes difficult.
Before becoming a sleep consultant, I worked as a primary school teacher after completing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education. My background in education has given me a strong understanding of child development, individual differences, and the importance of creating nurturing environments where children can thrive.
When I became a first time parent, I quickly realised there was so much conflicting advice and a wide range of opinions around baby and toddler sleep. With so many different approaches and recommendations, I found it difficult to know what was truly right for my family and my child. Like many parents, I wanted to make choices that felt gentle, supportive, and suited our individual needs.
Seeking support with sleep became a turning point for our family. It helped us move from feeling exhausted and overwhelmed to feeling more confident, rested, and able to enjoy family life again. The positive changes reached far beyond sleep, we had more patience, more energy, and a greater sense of confidence as parents. This experience inspired me to support other families who may be feeling the same way.
I believe every child and every family is unique, which is why I take a gentle, personalised approach to sleep support. My aim is to listen to your family’s challenges, understand your goals, and create a realistic plan that works for both you and your child.
At Calm Cosy Nights, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we’ll ease those overwhelming thoughts and worries around sleep, build healthier sleep habits and work towards calmer nights and happier days. Giving you and your little one the chance to rest, recharge and enjoy family life to the fullest.
